I am a student outside of the United States and would like to know what my chances are of getting into UC-Berkeley for a graduate degree in EECS. I have a CGPA of around 3.6.My GRE score is 1410 (800-Q, 610-V). I'll be giving my TOEFL next month. I'm planning to apply for the 2013 spring semester. I would like to now what realistic chances I have of getting into any of the IVY League universities for that matter??
