i took a math class in 2012 and received a D and my community college gave me credit for the course. I wanted to retake the class to get a better grade but its unfortunate that will not be the case. This is a general education course. Will that stop me from moving on to the next math class. Which is statistic another general requirement class. Most importantly will it stop me from transferring out?

Talk to your school to find out if it will prevent you from moving to the next course. It won’t prevent you from transferring but you may not get credit for it at another school.
