Grading Scale in CB Blue Book

I just took the math section for the final test (#8), and the math curve seemed way off. I got three wrong, and had one omission, and it said 680-740. What's my real score?

I would say a 710 (average of the range).

That seems really bad for how few I got wrong, is the scale always like that?

Yeah the math curve is harsh.

Are the curves in the book accurate? I got a score of 2260-2400 on test #7...which made me super-excited but I don't want to be overconfident in case the scales are easier than the real test.

In my experience, the scale on the writing section is significantly more leniant than on the real tests, but the others seem to be rather accurate. Congrats on the great score!

The scale as a whole is more lenient. hmm i would say you are looking at a 30-50 points deficit in the real test with what you have obtained during the practice ones.

thx for the compliment and advice...i figured it would be different
