Graduate business programs

Hi, not sure if this is the right place since this isn't MBA related but I'm looking for some help with selecting a grad school for business. First some background info:

Graduating from Emory university after studying abroad in China this summer. If all goes well I should have a 3.1 GPA.
Major in Economics (which I hated) and minor in Chinese studies (don't hate but difficulty is off the charts).
No real work experience: one summer at a retail store and occasional work at my dad's office.
No real idea what I want to do.
I will start to prepare and take GMATs when i get back from China.

What Im looking for is something like the Wake Forest MA in management or Duke MMS. I have also looked at UGA's MMR program, sounds interesting but competition looks tough especially for my stats. So as you can tell, I am looking for one year business programs (not MBA) designed for recent undergrads with no work experience. I plan to apply to those three but obviously need more options and safeties. I plan on applying for the summer 2011 class since these programs start in summer and I won't be around. So I guess that gives me a gap year. I have some time to add something great to my resume, I was thinking some kind of volunteer/community service to fill that hole in my resume, any recommendations to wow programs like these?

Help finding other programs or alternatives and suggestions about what to do for gap year will be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Trackball. Why don’t you consider applying to one of the European Business Schools? We have lots of excellent universities here. The European Ivy League that is offering Master’s in Management:

HEC Paris

London Business School

ESCP

London School of Economics

University College London

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University

Those all have really good programs with a academic view, instead of a MBA practical basis.
I saw that the Harvard University Extension School is offering the Master of Liberal Arts in Management also and that Babson College has a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship (Global Entrepreneurship Programme).
