Graduate degree for Civil engineering at Columbia or UT at Austin

First of all I would like to let you know that I’m not from the United States, so the information that I have about both programs in Civil engineering, Columbia and UT, is what I have gather from the rankings of US News and QS Top Universities. What I have seen there is that UT is better ranked for a graduate degree at Civil engineering, so if my decision is only based on that UT will be the best choice; but I know that Columbia is an Ivy league, also is located in New York which means I will have more possibilities to look for internships… Anyways I need to hear from someone else to have a better picture of what I will be getting from both universities. Also I would like to know which has better job opportunities after graduating
