Graduate programs in math!!!

I'm currently a 3rd year Civil Engineering student graduating from Michigan, Dec 08. I'd like to know what my chances are for getting into a tier 1/2 math phd program.

GRE Math (anticipated) ~990
GRE General (anticipated: M/V/A) ~800/650/5.5
GPA (major/overall/ math) 3.1/3.2/3.6
Bit of research experience in Civil Engineering
Work experience in Programming/ Logistics
Math minor +5 phd level math courses beyond minor reqs (did really well in those)
Can get good letters of rec
Bilingual (english, french)

Any help would be appreciated. I'm just not sure what program I can get into since I'm not even sure if it's better to apply to an MS program or directly to a phd program.

Thanks.

Also, in addition, what are my chances of getting into fin math/ fin engineering program?

GRE math only goes up to either 890 or 900, and practically nobody scores that high.

"Chance me" threads might work for undergraduate schools, but "Chance me" for graduate school can only be done by oneself. You should ask more specific questions on math programs that you are interested in.

Once you really look into each programs that interests you, and then look into the professors, courses offered, etc.etc... and then work/research/study for it.... You'll have a good chance of getting in... in my opinion. Although I don't think I'm a credible source to judge anything since I'm an undergraduate student like yourself.
