Graduate School Program for Chemical Rocket Propulsion?

Hi!

I'm new here! I was hoping some folks on here might be able to give me a hand in my graduate school search. I am looking to do an MS in Aero/Astro Engineering with research in chemical rocket propulsion, preferably liquid. I've been doing a little searching and right now I'm looking at Purdue and USC. What other schools should I take a look at (that I could reasonably be accepted to)?

I graduated last week with a little over a 3.5 from Purdue. I CoOp-ed with a large aerospace company and I did a year and a half of undergraduate research. I also have taken four graduate level courses with an A- average. I have lots of extra-curricular project, leadership, community service, etc., so I think I have a decently competitive application. I'm just a little stumped on where else to apply. Thanks!

You are competitive for selective Masters programs (depending on your GRE scores, of course). Since you are interested in such a narrow research topic and you know the faculty at Purdue, why not ask them? Alternatively, look in the literature for journal articles on the subjects which interest you and look at the institutions of the authors.
