Graduate school/ Straight to work/ Decisions?

I am a chemical engineering student at Michigan Technological University and Im trying to figure out what the best option is. My goal is to be a chemical engineer and hopefully eventually work my way into management. Im currently minoring in economics also because I like to participate in both sides of a buisness the tech/buisness side. Im looking to move to Minneapolis after, and the University of Minnesota has the third best ranked chemical engineering program in the U.S. which I would consider getting my masters there. Also I was thinking of maybe getting my MBA instead to help qualify myself to move into management faster. My other option is just to finish my bachelors and go straight to work and maybe worry about grad school later. I know some companies pay for your schooling when your working for them. What does everybody think or does anybody have any ideas on what the best option is in terms of employability and what is best fiscally in the long run.
