Graduating Early and Going Abroad

Currently, I'm a freshman in high school. So far, I have 9 credits (I was able to get some credits in middle school)
I did the math, and to be able to graduate early, I only need to test out of 2-3 classes, which the public school I will be transferring to will offer. If I am able to graduate a year early, what do you think my chances are of getting into a college/university overseas? I have a 3.7 GPA, all honors, possibly going to China on a summer exchange program this year and have over 200 volunteer hours at a daycare center. I'd be almost 18 in 2016 when I'd begin, so I wouldn't be on the younger side of 17. Thank you!

Actually, the better idea would be to do an actual year abroad, either through Rotary (it’s highly selective though) or through YFU, AFS, Nacel… You spend a year in the foreign high school (it’s HARD), live with a family, become bilingual, grow and mature at great speed. Nowadays it’s easy to apply from abroad.
Enrolling in a university (even abroad) would disqualify you from freshman status and merit scholarships.

Thank you, but the thing is, my parents would rather me go to aforeign country and get some kind of credit. But neither the school I’m going to right now or the one I’m transferring to next year will accept any kind of credit. My mom sees more potential in going to college early just in another country.

Explain to your mom that doing that means losing tens of thousands of dollars.
You could even go to a foreign high school as a junior and return to your high school for senior year.
But if you start university in another country, you lose any access to the best financial aid, including full tuition and full ride scholarships, plus regular institutional aid for freshmen, at American colleges.
Whereas doing a high school exchange (whether as a junior or as a senior) actually enhances your college application.
Note that high school in another country would not cover the same material as high school in the US for at least half the subjects.
Would your mom want you to go to school in her native country, perhaps?
