Graduating from a top communications school, as a comm major: typical jobs?

I've had a lot of trouble finding the right answers or some sort of credible feedback. What typical jobs do Communications majors from top colleges usually hold fresh out of college?

That is, assuming these majors concentrate on a specific area such as production, news, or management during their last two years and have 1-2 related internships as experience. All I've been finding during searches are really vague answers or journalism job prospects. I'm curious about the more broad COMMUNICATIONS or TELECOMMUNICATION majors. Are job prospects difficult in this area? I believe the degree is applicable to many areas. Let's end the debate now!

Thank you

anybody?..

Many companies (and, oh, universities) have in-house publications and/or marketing departments that create both publications and videos. Associations, which are plentiful in Washington, D.C., also have people in-house.

Solid communications skills are useful in many, many jobs.

You could also blog. If your blog gets big, you will make a lot of money.
