This'll be my 3rd year at my university, and I'm graduating in the Spring.

I recognize that a lot of people come in with AP credits, and that when people ask what year you are, they mean how many years you've actually been there. So, in the past, I've always told people how many years I've been there, rather than going by my technical credit status.

However, since I WILL be graduating this year, is it alright to go all out as a senior? Get a Class of 2013 shirt, etc.? A lot of the friends I've made are juniors..

I’d do it, who the hell cares? A senior typically has two semesters remaining. if you have two semesters remaining then I’d say that makes you more of a senior than a junior.

At least you’re graduating in the Spring; I’m in that awkward limbo where I’m graduating December 2013. Not quite a senior, not quite a junior. Not quite class of 2013, not quite class of 2014.

Ahh that does stink…you’ll only have half a year to enjoy it. Even then, a lot of the senior ‘activities’ are in the Spring right before graduation. Oh well…

Thanks for the advice. Buying my senior shirt tomorrow! lol

Yup. When I seriously considered graduating early, I called myself a senior. The year before I decided to be obnoxious and call myself a sophajunior. It amused me.
