Grammar/CR Most Effective Ways to Review Errors?

I've asked this question many times, and am still awaiting for a more innovative means of doing what the title says.

How/What is the MOST(actually worked) effective way in reviewing your errors on the Grammar or Critical Reading sections(one or both) to make sure that you NEVER commit them again?

Looking for something more to do than--> Just look at the question you got wrong, look at the answer key, and say "Oh, stupid mistake, Collegeboard is correct". Like how do you understand that type of problem on grammar and make sure you get it right the next time.

Few Questions to answers:
-Do you look up the rule on google/a certain site(which one)?
-How do you practice that type of question?
-What do you specifically do during your review when you make a mistake?
-What is your thought process?
