Well, its a very minor issue, but as I am an applicant to top tier schools, I am pretty worried.
So, on my common app essay i forgot to put a name of a song in quotes. Can this be a problem?

Thanks.

Uhh i dont think its that big of a deal…

I dont think they will decide whether or not you will study at the college for 4 years ( if you meet their requirements) based on you putting quotation marks on a song title! So take a deep breath and relax :)

Don’t worry, they’ll take a holistic approach to your essay.

I’m pretty sure I was missing a really important pronoun in the common app essay I submitted.

I didn’t notice this until I looked at it again a year after I submitted it.

You’ll be fine.

I found out I also forgot to italicize a website name.

I know I’m freaking out over little things but since essays are all I’ve got, I’m worried.

Hopefully, they won’t mind…

They will mind! Send an e- mail saying you found the error and you apologize…They do not take holistic approaches and they will notice!!!

Actually i found out that I DID italicize, but commonapp didn’t. Should I actually email them?

and babykins, i know im being sensitive lol but again, other than my essays, i have no good ecs lol
