One is singular, they is plural. I already submitted it. How bad is this grammar mistake? Will it have a significant effect?
The singular “they” has been getting a lot of attention lately, though you probably weren’t intending to make some kind of pro gender neutrality inclusion statement. But I don’t think it’s bad at all.
