<p>This isn't for the SAT, but I was wondering about this (it's in my college essay).</p>
<p>Would it be:</p>
<p>She has the same last name as me.</p>
<p>or</p>
<p>She has the same last name as I.</p>
<p>She has the same last name as I do*</p>
<p>“She has the same last name as I” is correct.</p>
<p>However, I’d be curious to see what precedes and follows this sentence as I sense a possible word economy issue.</p>
