Here are my recommendations</p>
<p>Chemistry:
Austell- Teaches general chem, analytical chem, and organic.
Kropp- Teaches organic.
Tiani- Teaches general chem and analytical chem.
Jorgenson- Teaches analytical chem.</p>
<p>Psychology:
Lowman-Teaches honors abnormal psych, personality, and evolutionary psych.
Thomson- Teaches biopsych.</p>
<p>Pretty much all of these teachers are amazing for all of the reasons you mentioned in your post. If you can take a class with them, do it!</p>
<p>I love Todd Austell (he is super hard but so funny), but the vast majority of people I know HATE Tiani - he has the reputation of making people cry. A lot. I’ve also heard questionable things about Kropp and Jorgenson, but the Chemistry department is incredibly tough in general, so there you go.</p>
