MIT
UC-Berkeley
Stanford
Univ of Minnesota-Twin Cities
California Inst of Tech
Rose-Hulman Inst of Tech
Bucknell Univ</p>

<p>not sure why their list does not include the Univ of Delaware, which also has great Chem & Chem Eng programs</p>

<p>There are 13 ABET accredited ChemE programs in CA - 7 of them are UCs, so removing them leaves:</p>

<p>California Institute of Technology
California State Polytechnic University, Pomona
California State University, Long Beach
San Jose State University
Stanford University
University of Southern California</p>

<p>I have hired and/or worked with graduates from both the the Pomona and SJSU programs - all have been well educated and strong engineers so I believe these are all strong programs.</p>
