Greek Life at Penn State?

Hello all! I'm new to this, but I was recently accepted to Penn State and I couldn't be more excited! I was thinking about various activities I could take part in, and a sorority definitely came to mind. Could someone give me an idea of what the sororities are like, what kind of reputation they have, and if anything good/bad comes to mind? I'm the first of my family to go to college in the United States, so none of us have a clue what to expect. Thanks in advance!

Hi. I’m currently involved in a fraternity at Penn State. We have give or take 21 sororities at Penn State. I have a couple friends that decided to pledge sororities and they were all extremely skeptical about joining a sorority. As of now, they can all say that they’ve made one of the best decisions of their lives by joining a sorority. I do know that Penn State greek life is huge. Everywhere on campus, you’ll see people wearing their letters.
