<p>I'm waiting on acceptance letters from Texas A&M and UT Austin, and I'm planning on rushing in the fall. However, after looking at both school's National Panhellenic Conference (KKG, Tri Delt, etc) websites, I'm beginning if minorities have a chance at rushing a seemingly all white sorority. Are there usually minorities in an NPC Sorority?</p>
<p>I am currently an active member of an NPC sorority and we have quite a few girls that are minorities. It depends on the school and the girls currently in the chapter, but just because it isn’t a multicultural sorority doesn’t mean they dont accept minorities. It is also a good idea to go in to rush without any preconceived ideas or stereotypes, they are often false and can make it harder for you to find a house where you feel truly at home and comfortable. Remember, you’re not going to like every single girl in any house, that would be extremely unlikely so just focus on the house where you feel most connected.</p>
