green card tuition in UC

Hi everyone.

I have a question about the tuition fee after transfer.
I am wondering if I am eligible for paying the in-state fee in the UC.

These are some information about me:
(1) I am a green card holder
(2) I have already lived in California since 2013.
(3) I am paying in-state fee in CC
(4) I am getting financial aid in CC
(5) I have applied financial aid for UC in coming year
(6) My parents are not living in the U.S.
(7) My parents didn’t file tax in California
(8) I am 21 years old and I am dependent.

@middlefingering my husband is in a similar situation. The only difference, was prior to obtaining legal permanent residence, he was a California resident from the time he was 4 yrs to 21 yrs. He also attended and graduated from a CA high school. I know that in his case he is considered a CA resident. And I believe you would as well.
