Gregg v. Georgia

<p>For anyone here who knows something about the Supreme Court/US Government: Do you consider the Supreme Court decision in Gregg v. Georgia to be a case of judicial activism?</p>

<p>Yes, I believe it is, as it deals with the Court making policy...In this case, it reinstated the use of the death penalty as a means of punishment.</p>
