i don't know how many
people on this forum
got in to groton, but
how many of you are
going? i'm just curious.
and a little jealous. (:

so i take it this means
nobody's going?
[besides wyvern.]

i got waitlisted. :(

i got rejected.
bigger frown.

I also got rejected. I was really upset the first week or two after March 10 but now I'm just moving on and focusing on my current school, which is excellent.

samesame.
except i applied
for ninth grade.
and i will most
likely reapply.

I got accepted to Groton for 10th grade, but I decided to go to Andover. I sort of regret it, but I know I'd regret not going to Andover more. It was a tough decision, though.

both are great schools.
i doubt you can go wrong. (:

is groton as good as andover then? i always thought it was an average school…

groton is NOT an average school. academically, it’s way up there-- on par or above some of the HADES schools.

by “as good as andover”, it really depends on what you’re looking for. i think andover is much much stronger athletically, but if it’s a small school you’re looking for, groton >>> andover.

Ohh I kind of understand that. Does that mean it has a better community feel? Just wondering if anyone goes there…

I think nerdgeekdork goes there. C: I really liked Groton, and I feel that my interview there was one of my strongest.
