I ordered Gruber's complete SAT study guide, for the math section, and I was wondering if anyone from here has used it for the same reason. I was wanting to know more or less how helpful it was to you in improving your sat math scores.

I bought the book, read it in 2 days, and my score has not improved in 2 months

^no wonder…You can’t just read it and magically hope that your reading would increase your scores just like that. DUHHHHH!!!

It’s alright if you are scoring in the high 500’s/low 600’s, but for people like me who get high 600’s/low 700’s it isn’t as great since we most likely get most of the concepts but just make silly mistakes.

I don’t think it’s good enough, but it might appear good to you. I recommand barron’s, not the workbook which is quite easy , i mean the how to prepare one. wish you a success in math since it is the easiest part in SAT

I am scoring right now mid 500- low 600 on the SAT math section. The book should be benificail to me then since the math section is my worst section of the test. I beg to differ that the math section is the easiest btw, I can score a 740 on the CR, but if I get a 640 on the math, that is a good day for me. I hoping that I have enough time to study gruber’s to my SAT math score to a high 600.
