<p>yo u can send an anonymous tip. just call them up and don't give a name. say that you have a tip that so and so from your school has broken the uva honor code by applying to penn ed and georgetown ea.. they won't hassle you.. jsut tell thim you thought they would like to know adn that they can look up on it. chances are he will have to withdraw his application to georgetown/penn and will have his uva decision rescinded.. do it before january 1st or it might be too late</p>
