GUYS IMPORTANT. PUC vs CBSE, does it make that big of a difference?

Hey guys, this question is really bugging me, I study in Bangalore, so there is the PUC state syllabus and the all India syllabus, now my school which promised to offer CBSE next academics year said it wouldn’t be possible and that it’ll be PUC. I want to know does taking PUC reduce chances to the Ivies significantly?
Both PUC and CBSE have the same syllabus, just that the tests of PUC are a tiny bit easier. But is the PUC recgnized in the US? is the CBSE recgonized in the US?
If I do take PUC, can I still make it to the best with really good grades and AP scores?

Please help.

Relax. The US universities have regionally assigned readers. So each reader will know the specific nuances of applicants from B’lore vs those from other parts of India. They will understand the differences between PUC and CBSE.

Just focus on scoring as high as possible on the SAT or ACT.
