<p>I am currently at GW and I really want to attend BC. One reason is because I know that BC's pre-med program is pretty good; 80% who stick through it get a seat. The problem is that even as a pre-med freshman here at GW, I don't really know how GW is in terms of pre-med (I know that sounds extremely bad, but it is just so hard to find information on strength of pre-med programs. I have looked numerous times and can never find GW's placement rate. I have attended a couple pre-med meetings and not once have I seen this rate, which worries me.</p>
<p>I am not sure if the rate matters. Isn’t it more dependent on your skills as an applicant? GPA MCAT EC’s… that stuff doesn’t change no matter you go. I almost thing rate is more of an indicator of how good the school’s weeding out process is. But thats my opinion other people on the forum might say differently</p>
