Anyone familiar with what essay is? I know they ask for my resume, but the only thing on their website regarding essays is for MBA.

It usually always revolves around the Haas four defining principles. Either, which one do you least exemplify, or which one do you most exemplify (with examples).

“least exemplify” = rejection. In practice they are both the same question. The latter allows an applicant to come off more humble by saying, ‘I identify with xxx but I can still improve more.’
