I am at a community college in LA, completed my first year. I had a 3.9, heavy course load, some leadership roles in various clubs and organizations ect.

I just got accepted to USC's Marshall school for the Fall 2006 but i am considering turning that down so that i can apply to Haas for Fall 2007.

I dont know much about Haas and was wondering if anyone can tell me about their experiences there. Are the professors good? Are the students helpful and cool? Are the classes huge, can you even get to know a professor? Does the alumni seem supportive? (all i know is that the school ranks well)

I love Cal but Transfers into Haas have a low chance of going in, so as much as I hate to say this, but it might be better to take the guaranteed acceptance to Marshall than to take a really risky chance to try to enter Haas.

I was accepted to both Marshall and Haas for the fall 2006 semester as a transfer student. I turned down USC, and going to Berkeley. Hope I made the right choice.
