Had an awful teacher, dont think I will do well on apcs exam. Can I still major in it in college?

This is a fairly long story so i’ll keep it short. I am a high school junior attending a tough private school. I am taking ap computer science this year and essentially my class is filled with geniuses who know most of the material, and are just taking the class for the credit. Because of this my teacher just assumed the majority of the class would absorb the lesson from one nights homework (ex. The whole idea of oop), and would not teach during class opting to go on hour long tangents, or assign us 3 man projects (about a month each) on material completely irrelevant to the homework assigned. You can probably connect the dots as to what will happen when two experts and one average joe are working on a group project (They did all the work disregarding my input or explaining what they did). Due to this I fell behind and feel stuck in my ap studies. I understand the material but there is only so much the barrons guide can teach me. Because of these reasons I am fairly certain I will not do well on the ap, am worried colleges will not allow me to study computer science. I was hoping to take lessons over the summer where it would be more individualized but I fear it is too late. I am not necessarily bad at computer science, I just have not been taught it well. So my question is: How bad will it be if I score low on the apsc exam, but want to major in computer science?

It will be fine. CS majors are designed to start with no background in CS. If you don’t do well on the AP exam, you’ll have to take intro CS first semester, just like everyone else.
