S23 tried to record his Hamilton Hello today but the site just looked back to the main screen and would never give him a prompt. We tried multiple devices and browsers. Anyone else encounter this?
How optional is the Hamilton Hello? He would prefer an interview but they all the slots are full. Does it look like he’s not interested if he doesn’t do either? He did do the supplemental short response.
