Hard time to choose where to go notre dame claremont mckenna, u penn?

As a old 24 years non traditional transfer student.

I got into University of Nortre Dame with international economics major, claremont mckenna college( any majors), and University of Pennsylvania college of liberal of professional studies, where would you choose , pro and cons help

please! Any thoughts, I really appreciate your help!!

CMC or Penn. CMC if you want a small, nurturing, warm (literally and figuratively) environment with tons of close professor access. Penn if you want a more urban setting and “pre-professional,” pragmatic atmosphere. (gross generalizations, but I’m in a hurry)
