cpeltz – If he is pre-law, he should also do a semester at the Les Aspin Center, a wonderful program that Marquette runs in Washington DC!

Thanks, dbwes, for pointing that out. The Les Aspin opportunity is a big draw for usl, since son loves DC and husband works up in the DC area often.

With Marquette, we get the best of both worlds, a Jesuit university with BME, and the opportunity to do an internship in DC.

Have two sons who went/are going to MU. We are from Milwaukee so any questions just ask.
My one son’s roomie is from Texas and he had no problems with the weather.
Make sure they go to the basketball games they are a great time.
Welcome to MU!

Thanks, Keymom!

Did your sons live on campus? You mentioned a Texas roommate. If so, what dorms did they live in?

What did they major in?

Thanks for the warm welcome! We are excited about applying in the fall!

Both lived in O’Donnell to start. All male dorm which they both loved. My second son was only one of a couple to have it as his first choice but almost all the guys who live there are extremely happy. Neither wanted McCormick as it is so small.
Finance and Criminal Justice majors.
