Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

since goblet of fire, in the end harry has always been getting his a$$ whooped increasingly in each successive book...so it does make since for him to die.

^ lolol, have you noticed that for every "amazing" thing that Harry has done, it's always been dumb luck or some silly coincidence that allowed him to live.

True! That's really funny... or sad... or annoying...

Oh, I thought of an exception- in PoA, when Harry conjures the Patronus.

that's true about PoA

but the thing is that in PoA at the end, it was Hermione who was telling Harry what to do...Harry had no creative ideas or brilliance of his own.

Harry isn't in the 7th book at all people! :P

^^^ lawlz0rz

haha, final book is called "Voldemort and the deathly hallows"

lol...:P
It's going to be hard fitting all those horcruxes in one book...
Since JKR is making Harry leave Hogwarts, she doesn't have to limit it to 7 books anymore.... she can do 10.... 20....
Maybe Harry'll lose his ability to do magic... or be horribly maimed...or Ginny'll be killed, but I think Harry'll still be alive.

I still think Snoop Dogg will emerge victorious.

wait wut? harry's going to be leaving hogwarts for sure?

i dont think its for sure. but he might because he will be busy trying to find all the horcruxes.

dude harry isn't going to die! yay

This is probably going to be the first time in my entire life when I cry while reading a book.

I know there's a bunch of people who think Harry Potter is not good literature, or that the books are not worth reading.

Frankly, I don't give a damn what other people think because I truly believe great literature can change lives and inspire people to live better.

Not long after I first learned to read, I began reading these books. I've grown up with the characters, and they're as real to me as many other "real" people I know.

It's truly an ending of an era to see the last Harry Potter book published, and the midnight sales will sorely be missed.

Perhaps Harry will become the new dark lord - there is a transfer of power during the last fight, and when Voldemort is vanquished, Harry is left with some of his "attributes."

Well. That would be depressing. It would also go against EVERYTHING that JK has been building upon in the past 6 books, though...

That would include me. I mean, they're interesting and all, but what can you really get out of them? I stopped reading after the fifth book because they all started to sound the same.

Well...Harry Potter hasn't changed my life....and probably never would...

Also, it's not great literature. It's just popular...Like The Da Vinci Code.

the series died imo after the 6th book where harry suddenly fell in love with ginny for no reason, acted like a pansy the entire time, and did absolutely nothing to help himself pwn voldy. he's using spells that he learned when he was 12 against death eaters who are throwing killing curses at him. also, the fact that he survives everything through luck just makes me want to throw up

still though, can't wait to see how the series ends...

Okay. My final predictions...

Harry, Hagrid, and Snape will die.

it still annoys me that he didn't learn any new spells..
