<p>I'm looking at hartwick and I'm just a little confused on their scholarships? Is there a certain time that you have to apply by to get a scholarship? Is it better to apply early? Also any information about the school in general would be appreciated!</p>

<p>My niece goes to Hartwick and did very well freshman year academically.</p>
<p>What do you want to know? Hartwick is located in Oneonta which is a college town. Hartwick is the much smaller of the two colleges in town. The SUNY has more students many of whom come from the NYC area. </p>
<p>Oneonta is a small town with little shopping but many bars. Where are you from? Upstate NY has long winters.</p>
