I am a rising junior applying to Harvard 2+2 next year. I'm majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering and I have a cumulative GPA of 3.84. I am presently doing an internship for developing a new strategy to cut down on water pollution in the country, I've been involved heavily with community service in relation to helping kids with cancer, gone to China and England for study abroads.

On a slightly random aspect of admissions, how much does diversity really affect the application? I'm an international student, albeit one with a US undergraduate degree. And I happen to be a woman in a STEM field.

Would my international exposure be considered a factor of diversity? I got into the idea of applying for 2+2 after a friend got me thinking about it and I've been trying to see if 2+2 would be the right program for me.

Apart from that, I'm minoring in Engineering Leadership Development, which basically deals with the administrative and business side of doing an engineering major. Would this count against me?

I appreciate any input on this subject, and thank you in advance for your time.
