Harvard Beats Yale! 37-6 at Yale.

What a great Harvard day! Another Ivy League championship for Harvard.

Harvard wins the HYP, too.

Go celebrate Crimson.

Oh, no! :(

Oh, yes! :D

And look who was on Harvard's team: The next Pavarotti?

Football Bruiser With Pavarotti Dream

For the final performance of his football career at Harvard, the senior Noah Van Niel can picture the perfect closing scene.

He will stand with his teammates in their mud-soaked uniforms after a victory over Yale on Saturday and sing “Ten Thousand Men of Harvard.” Their families, friends and classmates in the stands will join in for the sweetest of off-key melodies.

And the scene will offer a fitting segue to Van Niel’s unusual post-college career. His aspirations are rare even for a university whose athletes often become C.E.O.’s, doctors and Rhodes Scholars. Van Niel, a bruising 250-pound fullback, has established himself as a promising operatic tenor, after training with a top local voice teacher since high school and studying the past two summers in New York and Florence.

** Ten Thousand Men of Harvard want victory today
For they know that o’er old Eli
Fair Harvard holds sway.
So then we’ll conquer all old Eli’s men,
And when the game ends we’ll sing again:
Ten Thousand Men of Harvard gained vict’ry today.

NOOOOOoooOOOOOoooo!!!!!!

Good job Crimson!

Excellent! Harvard has now beaten Yale for three of my daughter's four years at Harvard.

Stunning comeback! I love "the game."

This was a horrible loss. :(

Yeah, I know it's just me, but I LOVE seeing a Taiwanese name in a news report about a college football game.

Pizzotti's 4 TD passes lead Harvard to 37-6 win over Yale, Ivy League title - Boston.com

ANOTHER championship? As I recall, Princeton did quite a good job last year! And Yale liked to pretend that they did (although only one team could go undefeated).

Congratulations though :)

I think he meant another as in to say that we've won others in the past.

Whooo Harvard!

I was at the game- it was WICKED.

One part I found funny was a prank some number of Yale students tried to pull. During halftime, a Yale student ran past the cheerleaders and stole the Harvard flag. He made it about twenty feet before he was tackled by three or four cheerleaders, who took back the flag and left the guy dazed on the ground to be led off the field by police.

Wow, imagine being tackled and beaten up by the Harvard cheerleaders! It must have been a long day for Yalies all the way around.

Best T-shirt: "Read this if you hate Yale."

That was supposedly an MIT student.

Cambridge in solidarity!

Oh, I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. But where have you heard this? (I haven't seen anything officialish about it).
