<p>Im new here, but here's my first post:</p>

<p>Want to go to Harvard. So to start off, here are my grades from 9-12th. Im from Canada. The following are in %.</p>

<p>I know my performance in the ninth grade wasn't the best but I was struggling to cope with the passing away of my mother and grandmother due to cancer. I decided to write my book to confront the problem and raise my grades.</p>

<p>Extracurricular:</p>

<p>-Published Author (All profits of the book donated to Canadian Cancer Society).</p>

-Started local subsidy system for farmers in my town. (We all support local farmers to promote local farming)

-Model UN Pres.
-Member of the Royal Canadian Army Cadets Commanding Officer

<p>I think you have a pretty good shot. You show many leadership roles; your SAT score and your class rank are obviously outstanding. You wrote a book and had it published (which is a pretty impressive feat), and you were able to do all this after those two devastating moments in your life. I don't see why you wouldn't get accepted there, to tell you the truth. You have definitely set yourself apart from others and are quite unique (which is what the Ivy League schools look for).</p>

<p>This is not ur first post... U already have a post on chances for Princeton. But u are definitely an excellent candidate for HYPMS.</p>

<p>Wait Sacboi.. all As in senior year. In IB it is unheard of.. i do not think anyone in our school has EVER gotten ALL 90 plus in IB... and we have apparently had like international award winning champions. Anyway, nice grades.. not sure about your workload .. if it is demanding then nice grades.. if not, try to get a more demanding course.. i think you will get into atleast one HYPS</p>
