I was contacted for first quarter grades. It’s by trimester but it mysteriously popped up on my portal by way of my college counselor.
Anyone put in ROTC?
My guess is that my junior and sophomore grades (all As) were much better than my freshman grades (mostly As, with a handful of A-s), and admissions wanted to see if this trend continued into my senior year in order to get a better read. No idea, though; that’s pure speculation.
I don’t know. My school doesn’t even have “official” quarter one grades.

@pineapple86 My school doesn’t offer official quarter grades either, so that may be part of it. I guess I was so caught up in my worrying that I forgot to consider that.
I was contacted for Q1 grades, but honestly that may be my pitfall as they weren’t that great
FYI - first quarter grades are NOT required to be submitted to Harvard. Some GCs may have the habit of sending it anyways. @crimsonbulldog’s and @NicNicNic’s accounts were updated with mysterious documents - probably the GCs sent it on their own.

@sarahrod99, they do not send emails prior to the decision. Just when they update the portal.
