Harvard Errors

I'm not trying to be arrogant or anything, but I found a few (4) minor errors on Harvard's application and website. Do you think this would be worth mentioning to them, or would I just sound snotty and nit-picky? I mean, they're really small errors, and humans make mistakes, but this is Harvard.

You do that. Bear in mind if they are not errors, which I am 100% sure they are not you are going to look VERRRY foolish and it could hurt you tremendously. Also harvard can fix it when it wants to. Just let it be. You gain nothing by saying anything but you loose a lot if you say something and are wrong.

All humans make mistakes. This is an irreversible and inexorable fact of life. I seriously doubt it.

Don’t bother pointing out the errors. You probably wouldn’t gain anything.

I see no advantage whatsoever in trying to embarrass the school you are hoping to get admitted to.

Alright, thanks you guys. I appreciate the feedback.

What are the errors?

I’d like to know what the errors are, as well.

I don’t claim to be an expert in rules of grammar and style, so when I recognize an error in a school’s website, I assume that it must be pretty glaring. I admit to feeling somewhat intolerant of the error when it is published by an educational institution.

Once, when I was searching for private high schools for my kids, I came across a grammatical error on a new school’s website. I felt embarrassed for the school, so I sent them an anonymous email about the error. It was corrected by the following day.

I noticed one or two as well.

spelling mistakes, mostly.

The errors are mostly spelling mistakes. One of them’s on a Harvard admissions-related page; it’s a spelling error. Another, also a spelling error, is on one of the Department home page websites. The remaining two are extremely minor errors (on the website); one place has extra punctuation, and the other is missing some punctuation.

Bay - I’m considering sending them an anonymous email as well. Thanks for bringing that up.
