Does Harvard offer biochemistry as a major? If so, how is Harvard ranked for biochemistry?

go to MIT hehe lol...yea i have no business answering this question :-D.

Harvard has a Molecular and Cellular Biology concentration, which is very similar to the old Biochemistry concentration. As far as I know, "MCB" at Harvard is highly ranked.

Great, as long as the equivalence is there.

But would it really be advisable to look elsewhere for undergrad years?

Molecular biology and biochemistry are outstanding at Harvard, and Harvard's programs are among the top in the world.

There are several MCB undergraduates who do research in my lab (I'm a Harvard graduate student), and they all seem to be happy with the major.

Harvard is extremely strong in this area.
Thank you!
