Harvard Kennedy vs Columbia SIPA

Im looking at top grad programs for MPA/MPP and which do you see as more impressive?

Harvard Kennedy School of Government or Columbia's SIPa (but I would also be applying to London School of economics which has a joint program with Columbia)

Which is more impressive Harvard or a joint degree (still only 2 years) between an ivy league school + a top UK school

oh and any other top programs for suggestion would be great too…the only other one i can think of is Princeton’s

I know a few people who went to Georgetown and enjoyed it. Its not an Ivy, but might as well be.

since I’m not a big fan of MPA’s, I’d vote for LSE every time. But H is H…

Impressive to who?employers? Please make sure that particular program is right for you. Visit the school, talk to students, alumni and professors. Only after visiting my top choice grad school did I know Columbia was a good fit for me.

They’re both Ivies. They’re both top-notch and well-regarded. If you have what it takes to get accepted to both, then visit them and see which you like better.
