It seems it would be easy for students who are using their cell phones and/or tablets to turn off wifi and use data, so as not to be tracked. Many cell/data plans offer unlimited data these days, so it’s not as necessary to use wifi when available.

Wow big brother is working overtime at Harvard…and it’s coercive…no tracing no WiFi. Home is looking better and better…maybe that’s the plan after all. ?
