any current HYP students w/ insight?

The "Search" button is your friend. Come on
now, if you got into Harvard/Yale/Princeton
you should have the sense to use it.

Someone needs to sticky the value
of using the search button, I swear.

Anyways, you should go to college-specific
forums and ask them yourself.
theU.com Online - College campus video tours, Online student reviews and info about campus life.
good reference site too.

thanks for the website it's really helpful

and yes randronOmega i have been doing other searches haha.. there really is a lot of helpful info out there...thanks for all the input

If you have family there then go for it. Both Cambridge and Princeton (the town) are very nice. New Haven, well.... haha. Biochem? I'd take Princeton!

for Biochem and for sports, I would definitely say Princeton is the place! I was recruited at Princeton for the varsity tennis team, and part of the reason why I chose Princeton (also over Harvard and Yale), was because of the athletic scene. Even if you're not going to play a varsity sport, my experience at Princeton on my recruiting trip was that in general the student body is very active (athletically, but also in that adventurous and random kind of way :))

Go Harvard! It's a great school... reading what you said, I feel like you'd fit in there without a doubt.
Princeton is too preppy and the kids there are pretty nerdy but try not to look it lol.
If you aren't a fan of Harvard, I'd say Yale would be a good 2nd choice.

it seems like harvard and yale are a little more alike while princeton is different than its counterparts.....at least from what i've researched...i also hear princeton is a little more conservative, intense academically, and maybe not as diverse....but princeton seems to have the best overall undergraduate education and i hear a great quality of life and a beautiful campus

harvard may not be the "best" in terms of undergrad education relative to princeton but its in a great area, a little more liberal, and not as intense academically....campus is nice but not as nice and people might be a little more nerdy (i hope not that a worry)?

harvard and yale seem to be similar except yale people are more laid back and attractive but in a far worse location

any of these stereotypes true?

I've actually heard (from some friends) that New Haven isn't as nearly as bad as it used to be, and that it being a ghetto is out-dated. My cousin also goes there and loves it.
I'm going to princeton because it is intense academically. I love competition and also the non-hectic campus.
I didn't get into Harvard... that would've been my #1 =( but so what. go to pton!
