<p>Wow I hate it! Whenever someone who goes to Harvard and bashes Yale by saying its a safety school I get annoyed. Same for the other way. What about us losers who don't have a shot at either school? Plus, its not like they are that different. People who get turned down by Harvard-their dream school-often end up going to Yale and bashing Harvard at every turn. Same for the other way around.</p>

<p>it may not be resentment, but rather just good old-fashioned rivalry between two amazing schools....lol don't read TOO much into things.</p>

<p>Edit - It shows up more clearly in the wikipedia entry for Yale's "We Suck" Prank. But the CalTech prank...man that one was a whole lot more impressive, heheh.</p>
<p>Harvard has won the last 5 Harvard-Yale games. I think that pretty much says it all.</p>
