Harvard third supplemental essay for International Students only

FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FROM SCHOOLS OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA:
What specific plan do you have, if any, for using the education you hope to receive?

There is no word limit on the supplement itself, but on the side bar it states "Here are the word limits for our essays:

1 - 150 words

2 - If you would like to submit an essay that is longer than 1,000 words, you may send it to us via the post. (Security protocols do not allow us to download attachments sent in emails.)

Please tell us in the text box if you are sending something, and include your full name and high school on the front page of your submission so when it arrives in our office, we can match it up with your application materials.

You can send it to:
The Harvard Admissions Office
86 Brattle St.
Cambridge, MA 02138

3 - 50 words"

Just to clarify, can this essay only be 50 words?!? That seems way too short in my opinion, especially since I just wrote and spend a lot of time a 300 word essay for this prompt (that's what I get for not reading the side bar I guess)...

Any input?

Yes it’s 50 words. They don’t want an essay they just want to know what you’re going to do.

I left this blank, even though I am international. Do you think it will have an effect on my application? It asked “if any.” What if I don’t have any specific plans (which I currently do not).

Well you could have written “I don’t have any plans.” but it’s probably ok; don’t worry about it.
