<p>hi guys- does anyone know if Harvard will consider the spring grades during the admissions process? I know that decisions are sent out in May but I want to know if I was to increase my GPA this semester if the admissions people would take that into consideration..</p>
<p>I don't know offhand, but I'm pretty sure that if you look at the application, there would be a mid-term assessment form if they wanted to know it. Or you can call the admissions office. I don't really see why it matters, don't you strive to do your best every semester? :)</p>
<p>Short answer is No.
They make their decision by May, and at most colleges, you are only done with finals in May. Your final grades wouldn't be tally until then. Harvard will only have the first 3 semesters grades if you are applying for junior, and your 1st semester if you are applying for sophomore.</p>

well at my school my final grades will be ready and done by mid april - since we work on a trimester system I actually will have 3 semesters of grades can I still apply for sophomore standing?</p>
