Harvard vs Johns Hopkins

I was accepted to Harvard and Johns Hopkins. Both are essentially full rides. I'm interested in physics, although I really haven't had much exposure to it and am by no means set on it as a major. I've been to Hopkins and really like the campus, but I'm leaning for Harvard right now and figured I'd see if anyone here has any input. Thanks!

Nice! Harvard physics is pretty hard to beat and has been for a long time. JHU is almost as good in physics but it might favor the applied people. I’d go to Harvard because it’s Cambridge and the theoretical, experimental, and applied people from HU and MIT and the 128 Corridor all get to mix together there. JHU is more of a lone superstar in Baltimore. There’s a recent thread on this topic that helps a little:

Personally I think it comes down to fit. Yes we all know its Harvard, but if you plan on going to grad school which I’m assuming you are, either will get you where you want to go.
