A lot of my friends have already been accepted, and I'm thinking they're just not posting my rejection online, because they feel too bad or whatever...Am I right? I understand this would require loss of some pride (to reveal your rejection publicly), but if anyone comes forward and lets me know...that'd relieve me of a LOT of unnecessary stress & anxiety. And I'm sure there are many others out there in the same boat as me.

Why do you think you're not getting in? Last year they accepted 64% and the average gpa is 3.2. I would bet that you'll getting in. Think positive.

Uh, sandkicks is clearly right. 3.32 was the average GPA of the transfer cohort, which is lower than the actual admit average GPA, which was I believe a 3.4.

I haven't heard from them yet... i'm very anxious too...
last year, my friend who had gpa 4.0 got into UCSD, but their prep told me that their standard was not that high...

anyway, hopefully I will know this weekend... get in or not ....
