Has anyone had these professors?

Philip Boyland (Differential Equations)
Amlan Biswas (Honors Physics 2)
Karl Gugel (Digital Logic)

Has anyone had these professors and can offer me any opinions on their difficulty?

Scratch Boyland, I replaced him with Scott Keeran

I haven’t personally had Biswas, but I’ve only heard good things. You’re not going to get much better for introductory physics.

Biswas seems to be the only one teaching phy 2061 as of late, but he’s a very good teacher.

Keeran is difficult. Everyone I know had to re-take the course with a different professor or during the summer at a community college. I passed with a C+ and had a perfect score on the first exam. If you can take it with anyone else, please do.

Gugel is a decent professor (I’ve heard). He teaches it in spring. Schwarz is a more challenging professor and teaches in the Fall. I’ve always been told to take Digital Logic with Gugel.
