Has anyone heard anything yet?

I liked the chocolate martini suggestion!!! No mail again today... anybody else hear anything??

I haven't heard anything yet. I'm just really hoping that I get in. crosses fingers.

This has to be the hardest month ever.

Not a thing!!! The way I look at the situation is hey at least i'm still being considered and didn't get a flat out rejection! I'd rather not know at the moment lol!!

Yeah, i like to think im being considered too... that won't be long I guess... my audition moved to recieved... think i might know soon =S
worried...

SingerNLMusic, did your audition get moved to the received column yet? Mine was moved on the 10th, so I'm pretty sure that the decision about me is made; I'm just hoping it's a good decision...

Mine was moved over about like 4 or 5 days ago. BUT I still haven't heard anything. I'm sure there are some people who's auditions have been recieved but have found out either good or bad news.

My app checklist still says it needs my audition. I auditioned March 1st though so I'm not really sure. At this point I just want to know lol.

So does mine. I auditioned Feb 10 or something.

Thank you NotMamaRose. Your motherly words of advice are very soothing and the warm chocolate milk was excellent.

= )

All the moms on this site are just so encouraging and loving,

Thank you moms!

aceof_spades19, glad that a few words helped, at least a little. Please know that we are all pulling for you and the others waiting to hear good news. I have to tell you: I thought travelling around with my D as she did all her auditions was stressful, but this waiting part is worse (as a friend had warned me)! There's that build up of tension before the letter carrier arrives and then, when he doesn't bring anything, a sense of disappointment followed by relief for a few hours and then -- wham! It starts all over again. Too bad we all live so far apart ... we could plan to meet for a long dinner with lots of pizza and some wine for those who are of an age.

NMR - the hot chocolate comment actually really made me realize that I needed a chocolate fix, I added a handfull of marshmallows too :D.

NMR if we're with a RESPONSIBLE adult like yourself I see no harm in having a glass of bubbly! Lol totally kidding!! I'm sending out best wishes to everyone on here waiting!!

NotMamaRose, dinner would be grand. It is a shame though..

If you don't mind my asking, where did your D apply?

Officially moved to received column as of yesterday!

aahhh!

ace, my D asked me not to post her results until they are all in. I have to respect her wishes, though I am chomping at the bit to share! ;)

Alright Mama,

= )

Fair enough

I can't wait to hear!

And I can't wait to hear how YOU have done and what wonderful program you will be enrolled in next year at this time. All of us MT moms and dads want ALL of you guys to do well. We are counting on you to entertain us onstage in our old age. (Ever notice how so many of the people in audiences of major venues, including Broadway, are older?)

Oh, Mama...

I'm desperately hoping to get into The Hartt School at Hartford

If I get accepted thats where I'll be. If not, Point Park is where I'll be!

It would be my honor to put on a show for you!!

Ace - you are precious (and so is NMR)!

Great idea, ace. We ought to get all the kids on this board together for the summer and have them write and stage a musical. The proceeds can go toward their tuitions!
